Biography

Adjunct Faculty in the Fashion Studies department. Teaching areas have included Merchandising, Product Development, Business Decision Making, Omni Channel Development, Career Preparation and Development and Math for Fashion.

Dianne Siefert-Conrad possesses executive retail leadership experience as a district store manager, general manager, buyer, and merchandiser for several national brands for over thirty years. Siefert-Conrad has received multiple recognition letters for outstanding contribution from several of the brands' CEOs. Siefert-Conrad has and held leadership roles in many prominent professional organizations. --Ulta Beauty District Manager for 9.5 years, and District Manager Champion for 3 years and received Letter of Recognition for outstanding contributions from company CEO three times. -Marshall Fields (now Macy's) General Manager and Assistant General Manager for 16 years, and received Letter of Recognition for outstanding contributions from the company's CEO three times --Buyer, Merchandiser, and Product Developer at Higbees (now Dillard's) for 6 years, 1.5 of which were in store leadership positions --Columbia College Fashion Advisory Board Chairperson for 4 years (and member for 11) --The Magnificent Mile Association Board of Directors Executive Committee (including Retail Advisory Cho-Chair and Lights Festival Marketing Co-Chair) for 3 years --Fashion Group Chicago and Cleveland, member for entire career Siefert-Conrad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Marketing degree from John Carroll University, Cleveland Ohio, an Associate of Arts In Retailing from Ursuline College, Cleveland Ohio and a Project Management Certificate from Franklin Covey Institute.
