Biography
Janice Pytel, instructor in the Theatre Department teaches Theatre Foundations I and Theatre Career. She is a professional costume designer with over 20 years of experience and her work has been seen on stage and on screen around Chicago, across the US, and in numerous countries across 5 continents. Recent credits include Dana H., recently presented on Broaday at the Lyceum Theatre, Matt Ross, Producer, co-produced by Vineyard Theatre in NYC, Goodman Theatre, and Center Theatre Group, LA; The Cake with Rivendell Theatere Ensemble; and Bootycandy with Windy City Playhouse. Janice is a member of Rivendell Theatre Ensemble, and a proud member of United Scenic Artists, Local 829.
