Biography
Joshua Adams is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of English and Creative Writing. He is a writer, educator and journalist who has written for publications such as The Washington Post, The Guardian, USA Today, Chicago Mag, The Nation, Longreads, Teen Vogue, Brooklyn Mag, PSMag, EBONY.com, WIRED, Gamespot and more. Prior to Columbia, he taught at Urban Prep Academy (Englewood Campus), DePaul University, Salem State University and the University of Illinois at Chicago.
