Biography
Meghann is an adjunct faculty member in Dance and Theater, teaching Ballet and Modern Technique, Improvisation, and Movement for the Actor. She has been an ensemble member with Lucky Plush Productions since 2004 and has toured nationally and internationally, performing and teaching master classes in devised dance theater. Meghann has been on faculty at Northwestern University, Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival, Cecchetti Council of America, Evanston Dance Ensemble, Visceral Dance Chicago, and Thodos Dance Chicago. She was Assistant Choreographer for Lookingglass Theatre’s The Great Fire and movement director for Walkabout Theater’s Crow. A former company member with Mordine and Company, Meghann has recently been a writer/performer in The Neo-Futurist's The Arrow. Meghann was the 2017 runner-up for the Excellence in Teaching Award at Columbia College and a recipient of the 2017 3Arts Make a Wave Grant. She holds a BS in Communication/Dance from Northwestern University, has participated in Urban Bush Women’s Summer Leadership Institute, and holds a certificate in Permaculture Design.
