CTVA Alum and Faculty Begin Production of "Home Invasion for the Holidays"
CTVA alum and Chicago-based Producer John Condne '94, along with faculty member Kevin Cooper, have announced the production of their upcoming feature film, Home Invasion for the Holidays.
The Thanksgiving drama-comedy is being produced by Condne, who runs a commercial house in Chicago called Minimal Productions, and directed by Cooper, who teaches Directing and Producing in Cinema and Television Arts.
Other members of the crew are also Columbia-affiliated, including recent Practicum Director Josh Leftwich ’21 as well as adjunct faculty DeAnna Cooper who is currently an executive at Disney.
The film will also be executive produced by a top Chicago poet-playwright named Kevin Coval, who was previously featured on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.
