Ida B. Wells Monument Dedication Ceremony to be Live Streamed
For the past 13 years Business and Entrepreneurship part-time faculty member Michelle Duster has highlighted the prominence of her great grandmother Ida B. Wells’ inspiring legacy, which will culminate in the Ida B. Wells Monument dedication ceremony.
The Ida B. Wells Commemorative Art Committee has announced the dedication ceremony of the Ida B. Wells Monument and will recognize the work of Columbia College Chicago Business and Entrepreneurship part-time faculty member Michelle Duster.
The dedication ceremony of Light of Truth, the Ida B. Wells monument by artist Richard Hunt, will be live streamed on Wednesday, June 30 beginning at 9:30 a.m. (CST).
Duster will be recognized for her 13 years of hard work in highlighting the prominence of her great grandmother Ida B. Wells’ inspiring legacy.
