Columbia’s Biggest Mouth Concert Returned to In-Person Format This Year
Students in Business and Entrepreneurships’ Student Programming Board hosted their annual Biggest Mouth concert at the Metro last week drawing their largest crowd with over 400 people in attendance.
Biggest Mouth, which has been taking place since 2007, holds auditions for Columbia College Chicago performers each year. Chosen artists then go on to perform at the spring event and have the opportunity to win cash prizes.
This year’s winners are: Josh Trimble (first-place), the band Samuel Aaron comprised of band members Sam Ellenby, Taylor O’Neal, Will Izdepski, and Max Mellor (second-place), and the band Aisle Five comprised of band members Meriah Fearon, Izzie Rutledge, Cam Moen, Ethan, Reinbach, and Malcolm Filichia (third-place). First-place winner Josh Trimble will open for Columbia College Chicago’s headliner at Manifest with a 30 minute set.
