Congratulations to the Music class of 2024! Whether earning a BMus, BA, or MFA at Columbia, Music students became firmly rooted in contemporary and jazz music styles, with many mastering the art of composition. As part of the vibrant Chicago music scene, graduates had access to diverse performance opportunities both inside and outside of Columbia as they focused on making music, not just studying it. We hope that each and every graduate recognizes the artistic and personal growth they experienced during their time here, and we look forward to supporting them as they continue to pursue their passions in the music industry.
