Visit Internal Scholarships and click on APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS to access the College-Wide Undergraduate Scholarship Application. Only complete scholarship applications submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the scholarship committee.
Please follow all directions carefully. Students must submit the following materials to make a complete Quincy Wong Scholarship application. There are three parts to the application:
PART 1: PROJECT PROPOSAL
Provide a one- to two-page project proposal that outlines your creative project. Projects may include visual arts exhibit, film screenings, concerts, fiction/non-fiction writing, poetry, etc.
Your proposal should:
- Describe the scope and significance of your project;
- Explain how it will involve Asian and Asian-American culture, themes, or stories;
- Make clear whether it is a work in progress or a completed work;
- Identify the goal of your poject and the impact you'd like it to have on your audience.
Your proposal must include your name and MyColumbia ID number in the upper right-hand corner of each page. Please upload your proposal in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format.
PART 2: WORK SAMPLE
Provide a sample of your work that is related to your proposed project. Your project may be a work in progress.
You must submit your work sample in one of the following formats:
- Images: .jpg, .png, .gif
- Video: .mov, .wmv, .flv, .mp4; or upload a .pdf, .doc, or .docx document with an external link to your video
- Audio: .mp3
- Documents .pdf, .doc, .docx

PART 3: FAFSA SUBMISSION SUMMARY
A current FAFSA Submission Summary must be on file. To receive a FAFSA Submission Summary, students must complete a 2025-26 financial aid application (FAFSA) by February 1, 2025.
